In 2018 the company Grandmama’s House required a visual identity and business startup materials. I including a team of designers worked together with the CEO of the company to shape her new business. Grandmama’s House connects seniors to funding resources, other agencies, and documentation to help with housing care. They provide coaching and technical assistance to seniors to overcome any obstacles they may encounter during the qualification process for governmental repair programs and adjunct resources. They also refer clients to Elder Law Attorneys and estate planning professionals, who can assist with trusts, wills, or any beneficiary designation coordination decisions. The problem we were trying to solve was to build a presence that communicates their values and promotes legitimacy as a business. I was in charge of creating the logo, color palette, an online presence (icon, personal information & page banner) for the newly developed business and some of the stationary that they needed. The house in the logo reflects the name of the company and the company’s main focus. The tacks around the house represent how the company connects seniors with ways for housing care. The CEO insisted on the color blue and orange, so I used these color tones to reflect the companies humility, inviting, loving, and caring nature.
This is the logo I created made for the CEO of Grandmama's House
We developed some stationery work for the company as well!
